Our Team

Aspen is a STOTT Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.

She grew up as a competitive dancer and trained in ballet for over 18 years. While teaching dance, she discovered Pilates and quickly experienced how powerfully it supported both her technique and mental focus.

Aspen values how Pilates builds strength with intention, supports injury recovery and prevention, and creates a deeper awareness of the body.

Her background in nutrition and movement allows her to approach each client holistically, considering strength, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being.

She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from dancers and athletes training for specific goals to those seeking injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, or simply to feel strong and confident in their bodies.

She is especially passionate about helping clients leave each session not only physically stronger, but mentally clearer and more grounded than when they arrived. Aspen looks forward to continuing to expand her education with STOTT Pilates to provide the highest level of instruction and support for her clients.

Rachel is a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor with a strong background in fitness. She has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. 

Rachel found a love for movement early on in her life through running and weightlifting and has been teaching fitness professionally (everything from indoor cycling to barbell training and HIIT classes) since 2018. She first discovered Pilates in college and loved the mindful movement that it offered, along with the perfect balance of strength and mobility.

After having taught other fitness formats, she decided to pursue her Pilates certification and chose STOTT Pilates because of its contemporary approach based on modern exercise science principles. Rachel has a strong understanding of anatomy and enjoys sharing that knowledge in a way that’s relatable and easy to understand.

Rachel believes everyone can benefit from practicing Pilates and she appreciates the personalized approach that it can offer. She strives to provide a comfortable environment for clients to explore movement and work towards their individual goals.

Rachel is accepting new clients and is available Tuesday, Wednesday Saturday and Sunday!

Molly's journey in Pilates began over 15 years ago while training to become a professional ballet dancer.

Molly has always had a passion for teaching, and has participated in programs that teach ballet to children with physical and mental disabilities, in addition to teaching dancers of all levels and backgrounds. Molly noticed how much Pilates helped her in ballet, from injury prevention to technique, and went on to become an NCPT (formerly PMA) Pilates Instructor in 2017.

She has taken continuing ed courses that specialize in anatomy and dissection, as well as the pelvic floor. She has a passion for movement analysis and injury recovery. Molly has worked with professional athletes and post-surgery clients, in addition to clients everywhere in-between in their Pilates practice. In addition to dancing professionally with Milwaukee Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Ballet Tuscon, and currently with Madison Ballet, Ms. Groeschl graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Ballet Performance and Nutrition Minor from the University of Utah.

She has had the privilege to work with Pilates instructors who value Joseph Pilates' originality in cities such as Seattle, Denver, and Pittsburgh to name a few. Ms. Groeschl was trained under Lisa Wolf and Clara Gelatt in Denver, CO.

Molly is currently fully booked, however does accept clients when cancellations arise. Please use our waitlist option via our booking system to reserve a spot on Molly’s schedule.

Fiona is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, and is passionate about using contemporary Pilates to help clients achieve their athletic, wellness, or rehab goals. She enjoys working with all clients, of any population from clients pursuing specific athletic objectives, such as training for triathlons, to those who are looking for injury prevention or recovery.

Fiona enjoys creating tailored programs and solving physical challenges that arise along the way. She is committed to ongoing education, and continually enhances her skills to improve the client experience.

Fiona has completed additional training in Injuries & Special Populations, and specifically enjoys working with pre / postpartum clients to ensure a safe and effective exercise environment.

Fiona is available Wednesday through Saturday, but at this time is not accepting new clients.
